💛 THE STORY OF GR8FL

GR8FL began with a gratitude practice, a walk, and one simple question:

What if I could do something to bring more light and hope into the world?

During the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, I began practicing daily gratitude and taking slow, mindful walks through my neighborhood.

One day, while thinking about how heavy and chaotic the world felt, I had the idea for Gratitude Girl — a colorful alter ego created to spread gratitude, joy, kindness, and hope in creative ways.

Gratitude Girl became the spark.

But the idea kept growing.

And eventually, it became GR8FL.

🌈 FROM GRATITUDE GIRL TO GR8FL

Gratitude Girl is still an important part of the story.

She represents play, joy, curiosity, generosity, imagination, and the part of us that still knows how to be amazed by ordinary things.

I create alongside her as Crystallize — founder of GR8FL and the human behind the rainbow hair.

Together, we explore a bigger idea:

Gratitude isn’t just something we feel.

It’s something we can experience, express, share, and DO.

I call that experiential gratitude.

Sometimes that means telling someone exactly why they matter.

Sometimes it means exploring nature and learning the incredible story behind something you normally overlook.

Sometimes it means creating an unexpected act of kindness.

And sometimes it means blowing bubbles, flying a kite, or getting ice cream just because it’s Tuesday.

Because...

GR8FL GOODs is one of the ways I bring the GR8FL philosophy into the real world.
