GR8FL GIFTS™ Digital Products and Services Terms

These GR8FL GIFTS™ Digital Products and Services Terms are issued by GR8FL LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as GR8FL GOODs (“GR8FL GOODs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These terms supplement our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund, Exchange & Return Policy.

GR8FL GIFTS Package Components

The GR8FL GIFTS package may include:

  • Access to the GR8FL GIFTS Studio™, including its interactive creation, editing, generation, regeneration, and personalization tools (“Studio Service”);

  • Personalized digital content, including GR8FL GRAM™ tribute letters, video scripts, graphics, written shout-out materials, GR8FL 4EVR WALL™ materials, and other downloadable or electronically delivered files (“Digital Content”);

  • Physical GR8FL GOODies™, when included in the purchased package; and

  • Optional public features, such as a livestream shout-out or GR8FL 4EVR WALL posting, when separately authorized by each identifiable person whose information or content would be publicly used.

Digital Purchases and Refunds

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, the Studio Service and Digital Content portions of a GR8FL GIFTS purchase are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and nonrefundable once:

  • The purchaser begins using the Studio’s creation, editing, or generation tools;

  • Personalized Digital Content has been generated, emailed, downloaded, or otherwise electronically delivered; or

  • GR8FL has begun performing personalized digital work requested by the purchaser.

Merely receiving or accidentally opening an access link does not, by itself, constitute use of the Studio Service.

Physical products included in a GR8FL GIFTS package remain subject to our Refund, Exchange & Return Policy.

This policy does not limit any remedy that cannot legally be waived, including remedies that may apply when purchased access or Digital Content is not provided, is defective or unusable, or is materially different from its description.

Geographic and Age Requirements

GR8FL GIFTS is currently available only to customers located in and purchasing from the United States.

Both the Giver and Gifted must be at least 18 years old.

Optional Public Features

Livestream shout-outs, GR8FL 4EVR WALL postings, and other public-facing features require separate authorization from each identifiable person whose name, story, likeness, personal information, or other protected material would be used.

A purchaser cannot authorize public use on behalf of another competent adult unless the purchaser has documented legal authority to act for that person.

No identifiable public posting, broadcast, or livestream recognition will occur until GR8FL receives the required authorization.

Authorization permits GR8FL to consider the material for the applicable public feature. It does not guarantee selection, publication, broadcast, timing, placement, or continued availability.

Public features are optional, consent-dependent features provided at no additional charge. If a required person declines or withdraws authorization before publication or broadcast, GR8FL will not publicly use the material and may provide an available private alternative.

If authorization is withdrawn after publication or broadcast, GR8FL will stop future use and make reasonable efforts to remove content under its control. Complete removal may not be possible when material has already been broadcast, downloaded, shared, archived, or distributed by others.

Permission for a public feature is separate from the purchaser’s refund, cancellation, and other consumer rights.

Personalized Physical Products

Physical products made specifically to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized with customer-selected names, photographs, messages, or other unique content cannot be returned solely because the customer changed their mind, where permitted by applicable law.

This restriction does not affect legal rights or available remedies when a personalized product is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, not delivered, or materially different from its description.
