The GR8FL GIFTS™ package may include several different components:

• Access to the GR8FL GIFTS Studio, including its interactive creation, editing, generation, regeneration and personalization tools (“Studio Service”);

• Personalized digital content, including GR8FL GRAM™ tribute letters, video scripts, graphics, written shout-out materials, GR8FL WALL™ materials and other downloadable or electronically delivered files (“Digital Content”);

• Physical GR8FL GOODies™, when included in the purchased package; and

• Optional public features, such as a livestream shout-out or GR8FL WALL™ posting, when separately authorized by the gifted person.

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, digital purchases are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable once the purchaser first logs into or otherwise accesses the GR8FL GIFTS Studio.

Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom should review the additional cancellation provisions below.

EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable European Union or United Kingdom law.

Fourteen-Day Cancellation Period

If you are purchasing primarily for personal use and are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the contract is entered into, subject to the exceptions and conditions described below.

The cancellation rights applicable to physical goods, the Studio Service and Digital Content may be different. Each component of a GR8FL GIFTS™ package will be handled according to the legal rules applicable to that component.

Immediate Access to the Studio Service

You may choose to receive access to the GR8FL GIFTS Studio before the end of your 14-day cancellation period.

If you expressly request immediate access, you are asking GR8FL GOODS™ to begin providing the Studio Service before the cancellation period expires.

If you cancel the Studio Service before it has been fully performed, GR8FL GOODS™ may deduct or retain a reasonable and proportionate amount reflecting the Studio Service already provided, where permitted by applicable law.

The Studio Service is considered fully performed when the purchaser has completed the purchased Studio workflow and all paid private Studio functions and private digital outputs included in the order have been provided or made available.

Your right to cancel the Studio Service ends once the Studio Service has been fully performed, provided that you previously requested immediate performance and acknowledged that your cancellation right would end upon full performance.

Immediate Supply of Personalized Digital Content

Personalized Digital Content may include your GR8FL GRAM™ tribute letter, video script, downloadable files, graphics, written livestream materials and other completed digital deliverables.

You may choose to have this Digital Content created and supplied before the end of your 14-day cancellation period.

If you expressly consent to immediate creation and supply and acknowledge the resulting loss of your cancellation right, your right to cancel the Digital Content portion of the purchase will end when the creation or supply of that Digital Content begins.

Faulty or Unavailable Digital Products

These cancellation limitations do not affect your legal rights if the Studio Service or Digital Content is faulty, unavailable, not supplied, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet mandatory legal requirements.

Please contact us promptly so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, correct the issue, regenerate the affected content, provide replacement content, reduce the price or issue a refund as required by applicable law.

OPTIONAL PUBLIC FEATURES

Livestream shout-outs, GR8FL WALL™ postings and other public-facing features require the gifted person’s separate authorization.

The purchaser cannot authorize public use of another competent adult’s name, image, story, likeness, personal information or other protected material on that person’s behalf unless the purchaser has documented legal authority to do so.

No public posting or livestream identification will occur unless the gifted person provides the required authorization.

Public features are optional, consent-dependent features provided at no additional charge. If the gifted person declines or withdraws authorization before publication, GR8FL GOODS™ will not publish the material and may provide an available private alternative instead.

Permission for a public feature is separate from the purchaser’s consumer cancellation rights.

CANCELLING AN EU OR UK PURCHASE

To exercise an applicable cancellation right, notify us before the cancellation period expires by using our online cancellation form or emailing gratitudegirltv@gmail.com.

Your notice must clearly state that you wish to cancel and should include:

• Your full name;

• The email address associated with the order;

• Your order number;

• The product or component you wish to cancel; and

• The date of your request.

You may use the following statement:

“I hereby give notice that I wish to cancel my contract for the following GR8FL GOODS™ product, digital content or digital service: [DESCRIPTION]. My order number is [ORDER NUMBER]. The order was placed on [DATE].”

We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to any lawful deduction for services already provided.

PERSONALIZED PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products made specifically to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized with customer-selected names, photographs, messages or other unique content cannot be returned solely because the customer changed their mind, where permitted by applicable law.

This exception does not affect legal rights when a personalized product is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described.
